Yes, I did have my mammogram today. Since I have been listing some of the things I love and some I hate, I thought I might share with you how I spent my afternoon. Like you, I know many women who have been stricken with breast cancer. Praise God, I have known survivors due to early diagnosis. So, I go and get squished every year to year and a half. I request a specific technician, because she is kind and makes the experience as tolerable as possible. She told me today that she has been doing this since 1975, which makes her a pro as far as I am concerned.

I have shared with you this week that I am a procrastinator, especially concerning things that I don't want to do. How foolish to put this off and find myself regretting such a decision. So girlfriends, go get squished! It will do you good!
Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people. News about Him spread all over Syria and people brought to Him all who were ill with various diseases, those suffering severe pain, the demon possessed, those having seizures, and the paralyzed, and He healed them. Matthew 4:23-24
